Core Concept’s Recipe: Healthier Turkey Meatloaf

  • 2 lbs. 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
  • \r\n

  • 1 slice Whole Grain Bread, Crumbled
  • \r\n

  • 1/3 Cup Egg Whites
  • \r\n

  • 1 Small Onion, Minced
  • \r\n

  • 1/2 Cup Reduced Sugar Ketchup
  • \r\n

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • \r\n

  • 2 Teaspoons Worcester Sauce
  • \r\n

  • 2 Teaspoons Sea Salt
  • \r\n

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • \r\n

\r\nDirections:\r\n

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. \r\n

  3. In a large bowl, combine ingredients.
  4. \r\n

  5. Place in a lightly greased or parchment lined 5×9 inch loaf pan, OR form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased or parchment lined 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. \r\n

  7. Bake for 1 hour, let cool and enjoy!
