CHILDCARE Our Goal is to provide your child with a safe, fun environment while you workout. Children from newborn to age 12 are welcome. TV monitors for parental viewing are located throughout the club.We offer crafts, video games, cartoons, indoor rock-climbing wall, play areas, and a very popular Parents Night Out. Parents -- are you in need of a night out?* “Parents Night Out” gives you an opportunity to catch a movie or enjoy a quiet dinner or just get a little R and R. Parent Night Out is held one Saturday of each month in the evening from 5:30pm to 10:00pm. Notices are posted in childcare as to the date we will be having it for the upcoming month. Pizza, drinks, and a snack will be provided while they are here. We offer free play, movies, nintendo, and a craft time for your child's entertainment. Children age three and older are welcome! PERFORMANCE MASSAGE (All therapists are licensed.) Full Body Swedish Massage is the classic style of massage we all think of. It’s generally a full body, relaxation massage characterized by long, soothing strokes from very light pressure to very firm pressure. Swedish massage enhances circulation and muscle tone and provides relief from tension, anxiety, worry and many other sources of stress. Clients often experience renewed energy and relief for several days or longer. Performance Massage also offers: Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, "Hot Rock" Massage Therapy and Salt-Glow Body Scrub. BASKETBALL LEAGUES Mountainside Fitness Centers has Mens and Coed Basketball leagues. League schedule will vary slightly season to season. Please contact the Athletic Director at your location for more information. TANNING Non-Members must be 18 and sign waiver. Additional charges may apply.
