find imbalances, your trainer will design a program to improve the underdeveloped
areas of your core.

her sport. After conducting a “needs analysis”, your trainer will devise a periodized
program to include post-season, off-season, pre-season and in-season training protocols.

propel you beyond your competition.

- Buddy Sessions

Research has shown that your results will improve when you exercise with a partner.
Core Concepts encourages this with “TEAM” and “GROUP” discounts. Teams and Groups
may vary in size from as few as 2 clients and as many as 8. Discounts are as much
as 50% OFF the regular price, depending on the size of the group. These sessions
provide a unique dynamic that is fun and motivating.

- Flexibility Programs

If you feel like you have lost some of your flexibility or you just want to reduce
aches and pains associated with tight muscles, your journey starts here. Your initial
assessment will consist of a “dynamic posture evaluation”; a test designed to expose
all of the tight muscles in your body. From here, your trainer will create a stretching
/ strengthening program to bring your body back in to balance.
